Mets End Season

The Mets lost today in blowout fashion to end their season. Tom Glavine went 1/3 of an inning with 7 runs. The final score was 8-1. The phillies won their game today to make them NL East Division Champs.

I was at todays game. I showed up nice an early, the place was rocking and then the game began. After the first inning I knew they were not going to win, even if Castro's ball was 10 feet further. Instead I just hope the Nats would somehow win but they did not. It was painful sitting their watching the last game of the year, knowing the mets have made history. The worst part is thinking about the next time I watch the Mets; 6 months in april. It is going to be a long off-season... how did they loose?
