Baseball America released their rankings for the New York Mets top 10 prospects.
1. Fernando Martinez, OF
2. Deolis Guerra, RHP
3. Carlos Gomez, OF
4. Kevin Mulvey, RHP
5. Eddie Kunz, RHP
6. Brant Rustich, RHP
7. Philip Humber, RHP
8. Jon Niese, LHP
9. Nathan Vineyard, LHP
10. Robert Parnell, RHP
This group is led by two very young players in Martinez, about to turn 19, and Guerra, 18. Personally, I do not like Kevin Mulvey and think he will never be a good major league pitcher. Kunz has yet to pitch well in the minors thus far but he had a great college career. I would throw Dylan Owen on this list. There are 3 players from the 2007 draft on this list and the Owen has outplayed Kunz, Rutisch, and Vineyard while racking up major honors such as Topps New York-Penn League Player of the Year, New York-Penn League All-Star, the organization’s Sterling Award winner as the best prospect at his respective level and minor league baseball.com’s Short-Season Pitcher of the Year. Owen was also the Division II player of the year.

Who would you trade for Santana, that the Twins would accept, knowing that there is a hole in Right, and one in potianlly in Left in 09
