Comparing: Schoe and Bradford

Over the off-season the Mets let Chad Bradford go and instead picked up Scott Schoeneweis with a 3 year contract. Schoe is 0-2 with a 5.30 with 35 strikeouts, 27 walks, and 60 hits in 64 games (54.1 innings). Chad Bradford is 3-7 with a 3.43 era, 28 strikeouts, 14 walks, and 73 hits in 73 games (60.1 innings) for the Orioles.

I can understand wanting to compare Bradford with the Horror Schoew, but the reliever that is the best comparison, style-wise is Smith, and if Bradford had stayed Smith would have been in NOZ the whole year. The Horror Schoew hasn't gotten it done, I don't think he's worth the money, but I'd rather have Smith for 2007-2009 than Bradford.
