RotoWorld recently updated both Lastings Milledge and Dave Williams:
Lasting Milledge has resumed running and hitting and could play in games at Triple-A New Orleans in around two weeks. Milledge has been out since spraining a ligament in his foot in late April.
Dave Williams (herniated disc) could pitch in a rehab game at Single-A Port St. Lucie as early as Friday. Williams has been out since suffering a herniated disc in his neck in January. The Mets need a starter for one game of the June 29 doubleheader, Williams could be activated to make the start depending on how he does during his rehab outing.
